删除team project有两种方式：
1 在TFS Admin Console中选择team project进行删除。
2 运行TFSDeleteProject命令删除， TFSDeleteProject在 cd %programfiles(x86)%\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE 目录下。
