企业内小型数据管理是否可以用SQL Server Express版本

公司里面有很小的数据，目前旧软件用的是MSDE数据库，数据量在100M内，经过电话咨询微软销售，说在国内只有SQL Server企业版、标准版，没有其他版本的许可，但是查询网络以及查看微软官网的SQL Server介绍，其中的Express版是免费的，想知道企业内小型数据管理是否可以用SQL Server Express版本，使用后不会有什么版权的问题吧？

十分感谢，根据目前的调查，Express版应该够用了，因为数据量毕竟很小，也已经与微软代理商联系标准版报价，后期有功能或者数据瓶颈，再考虑购入标准版。
