vs2010关于大分辨率显示输出设备的问题

您好，有个问题想请教下你们，我是做C#开发的，前两天在客户的机器上部署了一版程序，机器是一个分辨率为9600*3240的显示输出大屏，结果报了一个错，错误信息如下：

应用程序版本：10.0.30319.1
应用程序时间戳：4ba2084b
故障模块名称：StackHash_bb2b
故障模块代码：0.0.0.0
故障模块时间戳：00000000

能否帮我分析下这是什么问题呢？我该如何解决？

请问你的应用程序是什么类型的呢？报错的程序是你部署的这个程序还是其它应用程序？能提供详细点的信息吗？

我搜索了一下，发现有很多人报同样的错误，但报错的应用程序名称都是"explorer.exe"。
