vs2013 css文件右单击无编辑器菜单
请问你所说的“编辑器菜单”具体指的是什么？你是在以前的版本中得到的某个选项吗？能不能给个截图？
如果你所说的是像“build style”这些选项，VS2013版本里面确实没有了：
这是在VS2010版本里面看到的：
