After installing Windows 10 SDK, why can't you find makeappx.exe?

Question

After installing Windows 10 SDK, why can't you find makeappx.exe?
In the directory of C:\Program Files (x86) \Windows Kits\10\bin\x64\, there is only one folder called XamlDiagnostics and file GenXBF.dll. What's the matter?

In the directory of C:\Program Files (x86) \Windows Kits\10\bin\10.0.16299.0\x64, there is only one file genxbf.dll.

I have repeatedly installed SDK several times, and again installed "The features installed on this computer are up-to-date".

看起来没问题的，你安装的时候选择的路径记得么？是否有可能被迁移到其他地方去了，卸载当前SDK再重新安装看看你的安装路径和所选择的要安装的feature看看呢？

我找到问题所在了，从左侧边条打开 设置》更新和安全》开发者选项》打开开发人员模式，系统会安装些文件，之后会找到makeappx.exe
