图片按钮的问题

在设置一副图片作为按钮后，当mousehover的时候图片会消失而换成灰色底色，在mousedown的时候会变成黑色，

但是我想要的效果是不管是mousehover还是mousedown的时候图片都不要变

请问怎么做到啊，谢谢：）
