We were unable to verify your account

我在注册 windows azure 的时候，输入美国的手机号码以后，提示We were unable to verify your account.  无法继续申请，请问是什么原因？

您可以verify your account from您当地的微软branch. 您可以拨打页面上提示的电话让他们通过电话开通.如果不行,您可以让他们帮您open a support ticket.

My account is yet to be verified. I'm not able to post links for the dump files as constantly getting BCCode error on my system. Please expedite the process.
