app controller是否可以连接中国区的Azure

Question

app controller连接中国区的Azure总是失败，查看App Controller log发现貌似默认连的是国外的Azure地址management.core.windows.net。现在比较纠结是不是App Controller默认连接指向的是国外的Azure，是否有方法能可以连management.core.chinacloudapi.cn/。请有经验的达人帮忙解答一下，多谢。
