windows server 2012 R2安装.net framework 3.5不成功

Question

系统安装iconics产品时提示需要启用.net framework3.5,，然后就去安装.net framework 3.5（windows server 2012 R2已经自带.net framework 4），需要安装的机器是不能连接网络的，安装过程中提示找不到对应文件，导致安装失败 。安装过程中可以指定路径，但是不知道指定到什么地方，是否需要下载一个什么软件包？求具体下载地址？

已经内置了.NET 3.5，需要在控制面板的添加删除系统组件中勾选以进行安装。
