    Hi,

    silverlight cannot install on Rt.

    You could buy a surface pro which installs windows 8 could use silverlight on it.

    Please see  http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight for installation instructions and system requirements.

    RT上安装Silverlight是无效的，因为IE RT版本不支持Silverlight插件。
