求问关于Windows Phone OEM的发布选项授权问题

OEM伙伴需要我们发布一款预安装内置的应用程序，并且需要在发布的时候勾选“将它作为操作系统印像的一部分安装”选项：



但是我们在发布应用的时候并没有以上这个选项，通过与OEM方面沟通得知需要与微软方面取得授权，但是不知道这个授权接口在哪里？

根据你的描述，我觉得这个App应该让它的OEM伙伴去发布 作为System Image的一部分，可见以下文档：
