Asp.Net Core Mvc的一些问题请教

我开发了一个名为“DotNet”的.NET Core 类库，目标框架是.NET Core App1.1的版本，然后另外开了一个vs 创建了一个Asp.Net Core Mvc的应用程序并且引用了这个.NET Core 类库，在home的index下初始化了一个类，编译发布都很正常，但是F5调试后就爆Could not load file or assembly 'DotNet, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' 找不到程序集的错误，然后我就在创建“DotNet”的.NET Core 类库的解决方案里面也建立了一个Asp.Net Core Mvc的应用程序并且也引用了这个.NET Core 类库，F5 调式却是正常的，然后我对比了下bin目录的文件，发现引用的都是同一个文件，而且文件sha1的值都是一样的

core项目跨解决方案引用好像是有这个问题，用nuget引用就可以了，把“DotNet”类库做成nuget包，然后引用的项目引用该nuget包就可以。
