how to play internet mp3 files in mobile 5.0 with wmplib (c#)

Question

i can play the local mp3 files and online wma files in my program.

i want to know how to play the online mp3 files in mobile system.

VS 2008(C#)+CE 5.0 SDK+wmp.dll 10.0

and now i used quartz.dll

the  program can play  internet MP3 on windows7.

but when it run on virtual machine and  mobile phone, it can not play all of files...... - -!!

the error message is:

"The version of ACL format in the stream is not supported by this implementation of IAccessControl"
