在win10中的设置里点击任何一项都会弹出Runtime Error! RRS feed

    自从升级win10后，凡是在设置中无论设置哪一项，都会先弹出一个对话框Runtime Error！确定两次后或是关闭两次后才可正常使用。对话框的内容是:

    Microsoft Visual C+Runtime Library

    Runtime Error!

    Program:

    C:/WINDOWS\ImmersiveControlPanel\SystemSettings.exe

    R6034

    An application has made an attempt to load the C rutime library incorrectly.

    Please contact the application's support team for more information.
