你用的哪一个版本的SSMS，是不是16版本的，SQL Server 是哪个版本的？如果使用的是SSMS 16，这个是一个常见问题，和16的新功能memory-optimized subscribers有关，尝试使用最新的SSMS17。

有这样的提示，是否显示正常连接实例？
正常时,通常是低版本的SSMS连接高版本的SQL引擎实例会提示，有部份操作是不可用，只能用T-SQL操作，最好安装高版本的SSMS兼容SQL版本
