这是因为当前模拟器中没有 OCR A Std 字体。可以参考：http://msdn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/windows/apps/cc189010(v=vs.105).aspx#silverlight_fonts
在开发中请选择链接中提供的字体，如果设置的字体在列表中找不到，会使用系统默认字体。
当然，Windows Phone也是支持导入其他字体的，可以参考：http://blogs.msdn.com/b/lighthouse/archive/2014/03/15/how-to-use-custom-font-in-windows-phone-8-application.aspx
不过模拟器不支持。
