发布产品之后，在“当前应用包”界面，没有下载OEM预装包生成功能，这个功能是否和账号权限有关？需要这个功能应如何操作？

此权限只可以在OEM所赞助的开发者账户上开启，您需要通过微软开发者中心获取最新的商店许可凭证。此外，该安装应用需必须在所有市场中保持免费。
