现在微软只卖最新版本的Windows?

比如买了WIndows 2012的标准版,就可以在公司里随意安装Windows 2008 R2的企业版?

是只卖最新的，可以降级使用。经销商那里可能有一些旧版本的库存。

第一，你不能买标准版，装企业版。

第二，你买了多少套，就可以装多少套，不是随意安装。

Windows Server 2012 也提供降級使用 Windows Server 2008 R2，只是授權的部分還是看 Windows Server 2012。

Windows Server 2012 Standard 可降級使用至 Windows Server 2008 R2 企業版、Standard。
