1.删除%temp%文件夹

2.用管理员身份从命令行运行visual studio 的安装程序来创建visual studio 的安装日志

3.打开%temp%文件夹，应该会有vs_community_ENU_bootstrapper.log这个日志文件存在，打开日志你会发现例如“Failed to download bundle: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=xxxxxx&clcid=xxxxx".” 差不多在第四行。

4.复制这个链接到浏览器，手动下载安装。
