打开帮助，一直出现停止运行

并且在以前能用的时候，只能下载2012的内容不能下载2013的内容，而且下载的内容数字签名是错误的

因为help viewer本身是包含在VS安装文件里面的，所以个人建议你先重置VS：

https://msdn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/ms247075(v=vs.100).aspx

然后重新打开帮助文档试试。

要不你就修复一下VS，建议安装最新的更新包VS2013 update 5.
