请问什么项目输出的是乱码呢？是输出中文的时候有乱码吗？输出英文的时候有乱码吗？你的项目用的是什么字符集，unicode吗？
请一下把字符集改成multi-byte character set 试试。还有电脑的控制面板区域设置是china吗？
