如果是这样，我之前也遇到其他交流人员遇到这个问题，应该是你的windows环境没有更新。
建议你打开并运行windows update，然后重启机器，完成更新以后，重新运行你的安装包。看看是不是解决这个问题？
还有，安装的时候请关闭一些安全性的软件，比如杀毒软件，安全卫士等等！
