使用ftp方式访问快照，总是报the schema script ' xxx.sch' could not be propagated to the subscriber?

Question

1，SQL代理启动账户是windows账户（SQL2K5ProxySrv），A和B服务器同样建立此windows账户

2，A服务器上安装了Serv-U作为FTP的服务端，建立了访问用户user/****，拥有d:\DBSnapshot的只读权限（包含子目录）

3，配置分发时快照的存放目录是d:\DBSnapshot，SQL2K5ProxySrv拥有读写权限

4，创建发布

5，创建订阅（拉模式）

6，B服务器上已ftp://ip-address/方式可以访问到DBSnapshot目录及其子目录的所有文件

为什么总是查看同步状态时总是会出错如下错误:

a，The schema script 'canondata_2.sch' could not be propagated to the subscriber.

The process could not retrieve file 'WINH57_CANONCN_TEST_REPL_CANONDATA\20130115154847\canondata_2.sch' from the FTP site 'A服务器ip地址'

或者

b，有时候还会出现the schema script ' ' could not be propagated to the subscriber.(明明有快照文件，为什么是''，不解！！)
