  • 请你启动VS在要求登陆界面出来之前,点击菜单的帮助---发送反馈----报告问题;在弹出的界面中输入账户和密码。然后点击许可证下面的:检查更新的许可证。看是否能登陆成功。

    你之前是否能成功登陆呢? 请你查看一下你的IE是否已经更新到了IE 11并还是保持设置IE作为默认浏览器。

    在此之后,请你尝试点击Start菜单,找到VS 2017文件夹,以管理员身份运行Developer Command Prompt for VS 2017,运行命令行:devenv /resetuserdata 来清空历史访问数据。

  • 之前可以登陆,IE11作为默认浏览器也不能登录。

    清空历史访问数据也不起作用.

  • 你尝试重启一下计算机,然后再试一下。

    一般来说,账号问题和局域网设置还有账号本身有关,根据你的回复我们已经排除你本身账号的问题。你是否已经将VS更新至最新,如果没有,请先尝试更新一下VS

    然后如果可以,请你用手机热点代替有线宽带或无线,尝试登陆。一般登陆会消耗2-3MB的流量。

     如果还是不行。请以管理员权限打开CMD 命令提示行,然后导向到 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE,运行以下命令:

    devenv /safemode

    然后再登录visual studio

    请你打开IE浏览器,再次确认https://account.microsoft.com/?refp=signedout-index&refd=www.google.com 你可以在这个网址上成功登陆你的账号。

    如果可以,你尝试创建一个新的微软账号,尝试在VS登陆一下。

    如果还是不行,可能需要你去控制面板找到VS2017,右击更改-修复去修复一下VS2017,修复后重启电脑,再次尝试。

    如果还有报错,请问报的错误时一样的吗?
