I can open xlsx file online with Excel Services Application started;

But the word file can not be opened online;

I checked the services list in "Admin Center"-->"Service Application Management", and find only "Word Automation Services ". Of course, it's started.

I want to open doc file online, what should I do step by step?

1. 首选安装office webapps, 并在site collection features里激活office web app功能

2. 检查服务器上的服务，确保Word Viewing Service是开启状态

3. 打开服务应用程序，检查是否有 Word Viewing Service应用程序，如果没有，新建一个，并且与你的web application关联。
