VC++2008速成版 如何运行自己编写的程序

我下载 了一个VC2008速成版，我以前用的是vc++6.0，不过 换了win7的系统后就不能使用了，现在换了VC++2008却不会用，我写了程序但是却没有编译的选项，而且vc++2008速成版里面没有建立工程的选项，我实在不知道怎么办，我是学习编程的但是现在却不能使用C语言，有没有人能帮帮我啊

希望有高人能告诉用它编译自己写的简单的程序的方法
