     请教是否可以通过反射技术，改变字符串对象A的值。

可以，但是似乎没有这个必要哦~~~

 string a = "aaa";
        a = a.GetType().GetConstructor(new Type[] { typeof(char[]) }).Invoke(new object[] {new char[]{'a','b','c'}}).ToString();
        Console.WriteLine(a);
