我在githup上找了微软的UWP通用的列子在本地打开无法调试，说什么using system不是可用的指令等，请问是不是需要配置什么环境或者修改什么东西啊

例子应该是可以运行的，因为我也下过UWP的例子，可以正常运行的，并没有配置什么特殊环境。你有试着把整个solution重新rebuild下，有可能是VS的智能感知没有正常工作。

或者你找其他装有VS的机器试下，我猜测可能在装VS的时候，一些环境变量没有正确设置，你可以尝试重现安装或者修复下VS。
