你是通过web installer还是离线安装包来安装的呢？

根据错误信息，建议尝试重新从https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ 下载最新的安装包来安装。

在安装前，请将Windows updates全部安装好，暂时禁用电脑上的杀毒软件，然后以管理员身份运行VS安装包来安装，同时要确保你本地网络连接正常。
