新注册用户不能付费

Question

我在azure上注册了个账号，在付费时整个portal只剩下一行字：“当前未提供任何优惠”。。。，完全没有和付费相关内容，关键是我只是付费1000元，不需要什么优惠。

有人能帮忙解决一下吗？

在windowsazure上点击在线支持还告诉我

"

几个意思。。不让交钱还不给支持。。
