64位win8系统，IE10停止工作，显示urlmon.dll模块故障

64位win8系统，IE10停止工作，重置、关闭和重新运行IE10都不起作用，无法在桌面运行IE10，目前只能以管理员身份运行。

开始模式下的IE磁贴可以正常运行。

你可以尝试enable or disable add-on 通过点击Internet Option-〉program-〉manage add-on 。 或者你可以重新安装ie10。

重装IE10也解决不了问题。

我的是win7 x64 IE11，也出现这个错误。我重置了IE设置，再也没出过问题。Internet选项-高级-重置.

如果IE非关键浏览器，个人建议禁用所有插件。
如果是关键浏览器，需要逐个排查插件
