关于同一程序不同配置文件的部署方法

各位首长们、达人们：

我在项目实施过程中遇到这样的问题（其实也蛮典型的）不知如何去做，请各路大侠指点：

我有一个WPF做的客户端，客户那里有两组人，用同一个客户端，但配置文件 app.config 不同而区革。

我想部署CLICKONCE给他们自动升级更新，但两个组app.config不同难道要分别编译吗？

还是有什么更好的办法？
