DateDiff 取两个时间的diff，后一个是取一个时间段所在的年，或日。

从msdn的这篇文档中可以得知，如果 Interval 设置为 DateInterval.DayOfYear, ，则将视为相同 DateInterval.Day, ，这是因为 DayOfYear 时间间隔的不是一个有意义的单元。
