Microsoft sql server 2016 express edition在安装时报错无法下载所需的文件

我下载的时候也有同样的问题。我的系统是刚刚于28号更新的WIN10系统。不过WIN7下也有同样的问题。

微软的资源连接在墙内一直就不稳。用Web安装包就找时间另试，准备足耐心慢慢碰

要么下ISO....应该是找那个一两G的安装包
