你的操作系统版本是哪个？

一般，我们可以在注册表中确定已安装的.NET Framework版本，请查看这个文档：在注册表中查找 .NET Framework 4.5 及更高版本

如果你当前已安装的最高版本低于现在需要安装的4.7.2版本，那正常来说，你可以安装更高的版本。如果还是报错的话，建议分享下具体安装log日志，这样我们可以知道具体的错误信息。

你是下载web installer还是离线包来安装4.7.2的版本呢？你可以试下这个离线包，看下能否正常安装。
