这里只找到了“.NET Framework 2.0 SP2 和 .NET Framework 3.0 SP2 引导程序包” http://msdn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/vstudio/bb898654.aspx 
不知道哪里下载 3.5sp1 的bootstrapper包

谢谢～不过上面这个还不是我想要的...

想要的是：能在VS部署项目中做为“应用程序的先决条件”进行安装的引导程序包。

没有理解你的意图啊！在VS的部署项目里已经可以添加.NET Framework 3.5 sp1做为先决条件了
