你可以收集一下log看看，如果安装失败的话，可以使用 http://aka.ms/vscollect收集安装日志，双击运行以后，会在临时文件夹%temp%中找到vslogs.cab文件。你可以把日志文件上传到https://onedrive.live.com/，然后把链接地址贴到你的回复中。

请问问题怎么样了？有没有最新消息？

安装失败的原因可能不太好确定，比如，系统没有更新，安装文件不全，或者是因为你勾选了一些三方的插件，国内网络不能直接下载安装等等，具体的原因确实需要收集安装日志来确定。你可以先用default的安装方式安装一下试试。
