我想问下“第二个域名（是Azure自定义域名的别名）”是指类似于这种域名（asverify.mystorageaccount.blob.core.windows.net ）吗？

据我所知，无论是您自己的域名，“Azure 自定义域名的别名”或者是您购买的域名，目前Azure是不支持这些域名使用SSL或者是HTTPS的。但您可以使用Azure本身提供的https的域名。例如：

https://**.blob.core.chinacloudapi.cn/**

同时您可以在Azure 的feedback中投票 （http://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage/suggestions/3007732-make-it-possible-to-use-ssl-on-blob-storage-using ），微软的工程师根据用户的需求，进行添加新功能。

既然目前无法实现，也没有办法。 希望微软后期能够添加这样的功能。
