请教：都是VS2008(专业版) + SP1，为什么在两台机器上看到的编译器小版本号不一样？

Question

在两台机器上分别安装了“Visual Studio 2008（专业版）”和“SP1”，但是在开发环境的“帮助”菜单里面，选择“关于Microsoft Visual Studio”，在弹出的对话框中，各个编译器的小版本号不一样。
例如对于Visual C#来说，在一台机器上为“Microsoft Visual C# 2008 91986-270-7158725-60713”，而在另外一个机器上为“Microsoft Visual C# 2008 91986-270-3864223-60068”，不知道为什么。
两台机器都是Vista环境，而且都是启用了系统的“自动更新”，为什么会不一样呢？

由于两台机器的小版本号不一样，导致在其中一台机器上写的代码，在另外一台机器上编译以后，老有些莫名其妙的事情。
比如在版本更小的机器上，在应用“WF”的时候，开发环境不能正确地生产操作代码，而在小版本号高一些的机器上，就一切正常。

不知道哪位大师能帮忙给看看，快烦死了！

谢谢版主的鼎力帮助，都试过了，没有任何新的更新，依然如故。
今天下班前把整个开发环境全部卸载了，把机器重新整理了一下，明天准备重装一遍开发环境，如果还是不行，就把整个操作系统重装一遍试试。
