请问你是安装在什么系统上的？你安装的时候是用的默认的选项吗(应该会有默认的和自定义两种)？
我在windows 8.1上之前安装过一个VS2015 CTP6， 如下图，是有JavaScript这个编辑器的。所以会不会是你的VS安装的时候遇到某些问题了？
另外，你是不是改变默认的VS安装路径了？
运行下面两个命令行试试：
devenv /setup
devenv.exe /InstallVSTemplates
