您好！请问您为什么需要获取当前选项的索引？

据我所知CMFCPropertyGridProperty 类中并没有获取当前选项的索引的api。

不过您可以使用GetOption通过索引来获取选项。http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb984268.aspx
