【入门】 如何发布一个简单的HttpWebServer到IIS上？（只数据收发、处理，不需要页面，httpServer更贴切）

需求：

一个独立的C#服务器后台程序（要引用C#的库）；

对http post请求做响应；

为了安全和好管理，要发布到IIS；

问题描述：

在网上找了很久，都是一些简单的控制台程序代码，这样无法保证安全和易用；

网站能不能像HttpListener一样响应http post请求？如何配置？

ASP.NET 网站中都是链接到handler.ashx，不好用，如何直接响应http post请求？

感谢您的任何指导和建议。
