SQL 2014 Always On 提示：rtcxds 日志已满

您好，目前环境是：两台SQL server 做的Always On ，用于Skye for business 2015，日志错误提示：rtcxds 日志已满，部门用户无法登陆Skype客户端,重启SQL01后就恢复正常了，以下是详细信息：

Looks like you don't backup log, have to backup log in scheduled intervals like every 15 minutes.

RTCXDS数据库的日志文件有一个默认的16GB大小的限制，当日志量达到这个限制时就会报错。

您可以在以下两个方法内选择一个来解决问题：

第一个方法是定时备份您的事务日志，这样可以保证日志空间可以即时释放出来。

第二个方法是修改这个日志文件的默认限制，可以右击数据库，选择属性，然后在下面图片中所示的地方进行修改。

      在备份目标文件夹里看到备份完成4G多

      

         我看数据库没有缩小：

Backup log will not shrink log file, it just truncates committed transactions from log to free space inside log file.
