下个 .NET Framework Setup Cleanup Utility 把之前安装的.NET Framework 清理一下~ http://astebner.sts.winisp.net/Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip~然后再安装VS试试

不知道您已经在安装VS2008前安装过.NET2.0，如果是的话请您卸载.net2.0，并下载微软的清理工具进行清理，再安装VS2008。如果还是无法安装，只可能重装系统，先装VS2008再装VS2005,本人也有这个问题，装了VS2005再装VS2008无法安装，查看windows事件查看器，显示无法安装.net2.0的service pack

 通过MSFT技术支持终于找到了问题, 原来是OFFICE 2007安装后, 我把MSOCache目录删了的原因.

解决:
修复OFFICE, 后重新安装VS2008, 一切OK... 谢谢 YiChun Chen 和技术支持部的Wendy Ai, 谢谢两位!
