live communication server 2003 虚拟机重启后，服务无法启动 RRS feed

    企业里面之前装了MSN服务器，用的是Live Communications Server 2003，操作系统重启后，后台服务live communications server无法正常启动，在事件查看器中报如下错误代码

    1.来源：live communications server 类别：1000 事件ID：16415

      描述：unable to initialize the registration componet,error code is 0xc070007

    2.来源：live communications user services 类别1006 事件ID：7

      描述：Failed to initialize the WMI configuration

    3.来源：live communications user services 类别1006 事件ID：20482

      描述：server could not register for notifications for configuration changes for the class MSFT_SIPEGlobalRegistrarSetting from the  WMI provider.

    软件属于有年代的软件了，百度上查不到什么资料，google上也没有，所以求助各位之前有没有碰到过或者给一定的排查方向，非常感谢
