Hi 威尼斯三人，
直接使用HTML编辑器来生成新闻内容，将内容对应的HTML代码直接存入数据库，要生成新闻页的时候直接从数据库里面读取然后放到页面上。
网上有各种各样的HTML Editor，这里推荐一个比较流行的：
FCKeditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor：http://drupal.org/project/fckeditor
如果这边的朋友不能帮你解决问题的话，中文论坛里面有ASP.NET的子论坛，你可以到那边去提问以便得到更好的支持。
