请问下你机器上的IE版本是什么？默认情况下VS Community 重新登陆账号需要通过IE 11.

针对这个报错，请尝试以下步骤：

1. 将IE 升级为最新版本，并且设为默认浏览器。

2. 选择IE浏览器的"工具"命令，再选择"Internet选项"命令，打开"Internet选项"对话框，选择"安全"选项卡，选择Internet安全设置项，单击"自定义级别"按钮。

3.将图中的"Java小程序脚本"和"活动脚本"两个选项设置为启用状态。单击"确定"按钮，开启IE浏览器支持JavaScript脚本的功能。
