关于SQLMonitor监控Replication的一个问题.

Question

我们进入到一个创建了publication的instance.

随便选择一个发布,之后双击右边的订阅者.

点击进去之后,有一个页面是Undistributed Commands.

我的问题就是跟这个值有关,已经遇到好几次了.

发现下面的Number of commands in the distribution database waiting to be applied to subscriber.

这下面的值,其实本来是应该为0的. 但是一直显示为几百万条.

为什么我说应该为0,因为当我点击上面的Action下的Stop Distribution Agent,并立即开启之后,再查看上面的Number of commands in the distribution database waiting to be applied to subscriber值,发现立即变为0.

已经出现好几次了...

每次当我看到该值好几个小时没变化时,我就知道是这个地方的问题.就手动停止和开启下Distribution Agent,然后就OK了..

请问这到底是怎么回事呢?

Did you double check in replication monitor?

在命令下输入sqlmonitor 就进入了replication Monitor了。。。。。

默认情况下，从复制监视器启动的详细信息窗口不自动刷新。

你执行sp_replmonitorsubscriptionpendingcmds看看结果？

遇到过， 把分发代理重新启动一下就显示正常了
