office 与的兼容性是否与电脑有关？

我公司新进购买了一台电脑，最初安装的式office2013版本，在使用过程中，在使用以前做过的文件过程中频繁出现excel表格无响应、报错要求关闭程序、闪屏卡死无法操作的现象，为此更换office版本为office2010、office2007，故障依然频繁。我使用的文件在公司现有的电脑上都是可以正常使用。

再此，想了解一下，这是电脑安装的office 有问吗？
