visual studio 2019新建python项目不能代码导航

使用visual studio 2019创建python应用程序项目时，当添加的python文件到一定数量后，大约15个的样子，代码导航和提示功能就无法使用了，文件、类或方法处跳转定义，左下角提示“python源分析工具不是最新的”；但不用创建python应用程序项目的方式，采用直接打开文件夹的方式，代码导航功能又是正常的。请问大家遇到过这种情况吗？我该如何解决呢？谢谢大家！

请更新VS2019 为最新的版本，然后从你的项目文件夹中删除隐藏的.vs文件夹。重启VS检查是否正常工作。
